There is so much data available and an abundance of tools and frameworks to sift through it. Data is being used to inform all sorts of strategic decisions, but where does it fit into UX design? Can we use product usage data and build data science models to understand our users better and build better experiences.

About Ben:
Ben is a Product Analyst at Zendesk on the Product & Brand Design team, with the goal of bringing more data to the design process for both prospecting and validating, as well as building models to better understand users and use cases. In a previous life, he was a portfolio consultant analyzing and building portfolios for institutional clients at BlackRock. Ben graduated from UC Berkeley with Bachelors in Computer Science and Economics.
