Shane Lynn Ph.D. has over 10 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. Holding a Ph.D. in machine learning and control engineering and machine learning from Maynooth University, throughout his career, Shane has applied analysis techniques to a variety of domains including finance, postal, energy, telecommunications, semiconductor manufacturing, and autonomous vehicles. Most recently, Shane has worked as a manager on the Deloitte Analytics team in Dublin, designing and delivering analytics solutions to some of Ireland’s largest companies, specifically focused in the areas of customer analysis and segmentation. Shane is currently CEO of EdgeTier, responsible for selling and building customer service analytics products for EdgeTier client companies.
